Moors Landing Apartments - Carneys Point

At 0854 hrs a fire box was dispatched for a building “reported working with entrapment.” First on scene was Chief 11 reporting fire showing number 2 floor. A first and second alarm tanker task force was sounded due ineffective hydrants in the complex. Further investigation revealed the fire was caused by a child playing with matches
