Confined Space Training

On Thursday, May 24th, 2007 firefighters of Pennsville Fire & Rescue participated in confined space rescue training at the Pennsville Sewerage Authority. Two scenerios were completed, one with an injured patient and one with an uninjured patient. Ropes and knots, 4 to 1 haul system, belay lines, LSP halfback, stokes basket, and a tripod were used to effect the simulated rescue. Continuous atmospheric monitoring was also performed.
