On June 9, 2007 at 6:05 a.m., Station 5, Ambulance 5, Engine 7, and Life Support 5 were dispatched to Ft. Mott Rd. for an MVC involving a motorcycle.  Upon Chief 5-10B arriving, the victim had already been located by police on the side of the road in thick vegetation.  It was later learned that the patient had probably been laying on the side of the road for at least several hours.   Ambulance 5 arrived and completed patient assessment at which time NJSP Southstar helicopter was requested.  Engine 7 was directed by command to set up a landing zone.  This call capped off a busy day for Station 5.  In the past 24 hours, Station 5 responded to 7 calls which included a working 5 story building fire, a double cardiac arrest, an MVC involving an emergency vehicle, and this call.
